You don’t have to be a genius, as long as you know how to work with Docker, Linux, and git. We’ll make sure to get you up to speed on everything else.

How it works in Applifting

Our Cloud Engineering team works on several projects at a time, and its members help and advise each other. You will have the chance to be involved in both internal projects and client projects.

According to the needs of the project, we either use  Scrum or, in exceptional cases, Kanban.

You can hone your skills with our mentoring programme. We will help you progress and broaden your knowledge. Regardless of how many years of experience you have, you’ll have the freedom to take your growth into your own hands.

What we expect from you:

  • Linux, Bash.
  • Docker.
  • Git.
  • Czech or English, at B1 level or higher.

And what you can score extra points with:

  • Kubernetes.
  • Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, Azure, Digital Ocean, etc.).
  • CI/CD (Gitlab CICD, Github actions).
  • Service meshes (Linkerd), Api gateways.
  • Elastic stack.
  • Monitoring stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Thanos).
  • Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, and others.
  • Databases.
  • Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Zero trust.
