Our team searches for and brings new talent in, and the lovely People Care Team makes sure everyone is as happy as a clam.

What we expect from you:

Experience with IT recruitment
A knack for sourcing through LinkedIn
Active engagement in the IT community
Coming up with creative new ways to reach out and talk to candidates
Good command of Czech and English in both written and spoken form
Independence, responsibility, and proactivity
A "Can do > Will Do > Can’t do > Will learn" attitude

And what you can score extra points with:

Interest in contributing to recruitment and HR marketing strategies
Being up for a little bit of writing and basic graphic design
Actively participating in recruitment events and other activities like event organization, conferences, fairs, etc.
Passion for working with student associations
Wanting to learn new things and share your knowledge
Knowing your way around Recruitee, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT, all of which you will use on a daily basis
